I've done quite well this week so far actually - but I'm staying off the scale because I have a um... shall we say... "visitor" in town who likes to make my weight fluctuate and thus derail my goals. This certain visitor is also causing me to crave chocolate on a daily basis - but I'm not over doing it. I have one serving of chocolate covered almonds once a day.
I'm also dealing with a lot of stressors that normally would've caused me to go on a binge.
Well - I haven't done it.
So I just wanted to check in with ya'll and tell you how I'm doing. I'm no fatter - and no skinnier at the moment.
How is your week going?
Hang in there. :) Its not always about whether or not you fall of the wagon but whether or not you jump right back on. I had off weeks too but you just have to keep going.

I have the same problem during "that" week. I get so frustrated because I either "gain" or just stay the same. Hoping for some great progress after your visitor leaves!

You're doing so good. I know how stress can affect eating, and I think it's great you aren't letting it take you over. I'm a total stress eater, and I wish I could overcome that myself.
